These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, publishing platform, and professional editorial writing services operated by Panchami Sanil ("Panchami", "the Writer", "I", "me", or "the Studio"), based in Udupi, Karnataka, India. By accessing this website, reading published articles, or entering into a writing contract, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for any contracted freelance deliverable (including blog posts, thought leadership essays, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, or e-books), all intellectual property rights, copyright, publication rights, and commercial exploitation rights for the final approved manuscript transfer entirely and irrevocably to the client.
The client may publish, modify, syndicate, monetize, or attribute the copy under their own brand, byline, or ghostwritten persona without ongoing royalties or licensing fees. Panchami retains only the standard professional right to reference non-confidential client names and showcase published excerpts in her professional portfolio, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.
All original articles, essays, layout designs, branding, code tokens, and graphics published publicly on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Panchami Sanil. You may share excerpts, quote short passages, or link to articles provided that clear author attribution and a direct link to the canonical URL are included. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or wholesale republishing is strictly prohibited.
Every freelance writing project is defined by a written creative brief or proposal detailing specific deliverables, target word count, turnaround schedule, research depth, and pricing in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent international currency. Work commences upon mutual agreement and payment of any required milestone deposit.
Each writing package includes two (2) complimentary rounds of structured revisions, provided requested edits are submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial draft delivery. Revisions must align with the original creative brief. New directional pivots or significant scope additions outside the initial agreement are quoted separately at standard project rates.
I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business plans, unreleased product features, market data, and proprietary brand information shared during discovery and drafting. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are gladly executed prior to briefing upon request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or client engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Udupi, Karnataka, India.
